Upon Arrival
Arrival is after 1pm unless otherwise arranged with reception. Please check-in at the office to notify us of your arrival and to collect your key.
Please advise us if after hours arrival is required.
Upon Departure
Departure is by 10.00am to allow the cottage to be prepared for the next group of visitors. A later departure can be arranged with reception if no new guests are arriving that day.
Cleaning / Damages
A refundable security fee of $200.00 applies. Please leave the cottage as clean and tidy as you found it. We reserve the right to charge you for any excessive cleaning required following your stay. We accept that accidents happen. If you break a cup or plate you will not be charged - please let us know so that we can replace it for the next lot of visitors. However, careless damage will come out of your security fee, and if it is extensive, will be billed to you over and above the security fee amount as required.
